Anyone know if we're going to get a new hype intro video for this year's game?
The latest one I can find is from 2023-24.

These videos are one of the best videos our Athletic Dept has ever produced.

If the same or new with my experience this year won't be able to hear it - issue all year with volume of all of the videos....

These videos are way too long...and awkward.

Loved this one. I was in the stands, near sell-out crowd with tears in my eyes.

The crowd pop when Charlie Coles said, "that O-Zone is gonna be jumpin..." was pure electricity.

The song is dated. Seems like it was the default sports hype song everywhere around 2010. And no one who's done the last "GET UPPPP" has matched Justin Orr's energy from the first edition.

It's a good concept though. As was the Bobcat tearing through billboards to P.O.D. Let's update that fella.

Thought this video was weak. I'm not a fan of the dark silhouette technique. Overall the production values were not up to the standards we used to have. Somewhat amateurish. On the highly acclaimed OCF video ranking scale it gets three out of five stars.

Maybe he can tear off his jersey.

Or, the jersey of the man who is guarding him.

Agree with the comment about the first edition being the best one. I would say only the 2012 one with Gary Trent came somewhat close, and even that's a stretch.

As for the song itself, it's now around 25 years old! Originally written for the soundtrack for "Requiem for a Dream"
