I don't want to get too cocky so I said 24-7 by finishing the last 10 games at 7-3. I can see us easily finishing better, but don't want to overhype us only to face a let down. I think we should finish off sweeping the MAC West. Then it all comes down to the brackbuster game and the east. I think we'll finish anywhere from 24 to 25 wins with us losing a few games down the stretch.

I also chose 7-3 down the home stretch..  Loss @Buffalo and @ Kent State and allowing for 1 more somewhere along the way for another cold shooting night, or an unexpected struggle on the road (ala BG).  Almost chose 6-4 down the stretch, but hope we don't lose 4 of our last 10 seeing as though we've only lost 4 of our last 21.

If we can pick up our offensive game then we can easily get through with one loss.  But @Buffalo, @Kent and home against Akron will more than likely our keys games down the stretch other than our BracketBuster game.

What will it take for us to be at least a lock for the NIT?  Of course I want the BIG DANCE, but where do we have to finish to lock up an NIT at learge bid! Will 24-7 get us in if we don't win the regular season chip or the tourney? I asuume we are already a lock for either the CBI ot CIT??

It is crazy how you could argue our 4 toughest (maybe even 5 depending on the BB opponent) wrap up our season.  I could really see something close to the next 5 straight wins (making it 9 straight total) then 5 straight losses putting us on suicide watch come Tourney time.  I believe I predicted something close to this in the original prediction thread, so I will stick with it.  Without pinpointing the exact games, I see 4-1 over the next 5 and 1-4 over the final 5.  I am hoping the unimpressive victories of late are just a result of our lock down defense gutting it out despite poor shooting that will improve, but this team has been far from dominant since Christmas.

I would argue we've already had our toughest with the game at Akron. It certainly is a tough stretch to end the year however.

25 wins assuming we are not counting Marietta in the win total as it is not in RPI calculation.

That would mean someone is in the gym with a shooting gun doing extra work outs or a coach is breaking down shot mechanics if I read this right.....oh yeah , we also must be emphasizing northand south movement vs the current tendency to pass the ball east and west against the zone. Both those things are zone breakers.

fixing a shot does not mean getting up 250 or 500 shots a day .....it means getting up 100 good ones with the right mechanics.

We nailed this poll with 10 games to go in the season.  The winning vote getter was finishing out 7-3 / 24-7 overall and that's exactly what we did.  Won a few we didn't think we would win, obviously lost a few we didn't anticipate 10 games ago.  But the majority were spot on.
