does anyone know if OU is offering a bus to nashville carrying the similar deal to when they tool everyone to New Orleans for the bowl game a couple years ago?

Haven't heard anything about it and now that student tickets are sold out I doubt one is coming. If you're a student, check Rideboard (https://rideboard.admsrv.ohio.edu/rideboard/index.jsp). I saw a couple postings about trips to the game. Or if you want send me a PM. I know my friend and I are looking for a couple more passengers to help split the gas costs.

They didn't do a bus to Nashville back when we played Florida in the 1st round either.  I ended up driving down with some two people in my own car and driving back alone.  I was a RA and had to get back to close up the dorm.
