Tonight has once again demonstrated why teams from the "Non-Power" conferences deserve to be in The Dance:

#15 Norfolk St (MEAC) 86 -- Mizzou 84
#15 Lehigh (Patriot League) 75 -- Duke 70 (Lehigh gets so much disrespect that Yahoo has the Western KY team report on Lehigh's page)
#13 OHIO 65 -- Michigan 60

Plus Purdue barely beat St. Mary's and Creighton (the higher seed) beat Bama.

I think this shows that really good players are bypassing the "Power" conferences to get more playing time and the higher number of early departers in the "Power" conferences may be taking its toll.
