Be patient.  It's Spring Break and the student employees usually work the phone lines.  I just talked to them and the department is handling the rush by committee.  They got back from Nashville at 5:00 AM and were back in the Convo by 8:00 to cover a department that is usually worked by a skeleton crew this week.

Wow...I called about 9:15am and got right thru, talked to a nice young lady, got the tickets and was done in 15 minutes!

LOL yeah I think the lack of staff and getting organized took awhile.  I got through at 9pm and they were great, haven't got my confirmation email yet, but I can see the charge on my credit card site.  The lady I talked to joked a bit about how none OBC members were trying to sneak through and get tickets.
