Updated per crackerbaby's post below:
The conference is paid $316,667 each game a conference team played in over the previous 6 years. Based on that, for Ohio's sweet sixteen appearance, the conference will receive at least $950,000/year over the next 6 years or $5,700,000 total.
It looks like the NCAA does its payouts one year in arrears, so the MAC should receive $2,216,669 this year for it's 7 game appearances from 2006-2011.

Then the 2013 payout would be at least $2,850,003 based on appearances from 2007-2012.

What's not clear to me is the MAC's formula for dividing up the payouts. They intended to reward teams who boost their RPI by playing tougher OOC opponents, winning the conference, and winning tournament games with a higher percentage of the NCAA payout. What is the percentage formula the MAC is using? Is the boost in payout only for the current year, or amortized over the next six years like the NCAA does? (i.e. If Ohio gets a 50% share for winning the MAC Tourney and 2 NCAA games, is it 50% of this year's payout of $2,216,669...or do we get 50% of the $5,700,000 for this year's run to be paid over next 6 years?)
