Licensing being what it is everywhere, Ohio Athletics must have been involved in that ad being aired. So, it’s surprising that nothing has come from Boals or the AD or administration about it. Part of the deal, maybe?

I just find it incredibly odd that Boals Twitter account and the Ohio men’s basketball Twitter account have not posted the Preston commercial yet. They haven’t even mentioned it. What an unbelievable recruiting tool this is. I don’t see Ryan Rollins with his own national commercial running four straight days during Final Four weekend.

Every social media account associated with Ohio men’s hoops and Ohio University should be blasting this. It’s unreal that Preston has this spot and they show him wearing an Ohio uniform and we aren’t taking full advantage of the free advertising for recruiting purposes.

I left the room during the NCAA and my non-OHIO wife (I have others) asked me if someone from OHIO had gone pro recently and then she described what she saw.

I later saw the commercial and was enthralled so much at seeing Preston that I couldn't have told you until reading the subject line here what company the advertisement was about?!?

Preston and OHIO grabbed my attention but not AT&T.

I would be posting that every place that would allow it. They've never been good at marketing themselves, but OU should be running concurrent commercials as well. Triple down on the publicity.

I did not know about this until I saw it live during the game Saturday and was so excited. Very cool.

Also, MonroeClassmate, I had the same disappointment in my wife, who IS a Bobcat and our love grew in the Ozone...but still was bewildered with "who is that?" She recollected after awhile but come on Wife.
