Lines of customers at my front counter and I'm in the back office reading the Illini Message Board.  Ugh!!

Up to 214 right now.

Why would I be embarrassed?  I wouldn't be a die-hard fan if I were embarrassed

My significant other has told me in no uncertain terms she expects updates if I hear anything reputable. My employer is perhaps the originator of over-the-top coverage of this type of story. Embarrassed? Not a chance.

I'm a journalism major, so I certainly have no shame in the amount of time I've spent trying to stay up to date...

This is up on the background of my phone while I am at work, so am checking on breaks. If I was at home I would be sitting in front of the computer goof through as many different sites as possible, so this is far less embarrassing,

I didn't realized I made the "Title" field in the database that big.  Go me for anticipating this topic from George back in 2002.

This will take up three inches of a brief bar on my pages, so that makes me obsessing over it totally okay.

I'm refreshing every 10 minutes or so on here, and also checking my phone for Twitter updates just in case every hour. All of this while I try and review mortgage foreclosure files and get Complaints signed by Attorneys. Do I care if they catch me? Hell no, they're all Kentucky fans anyways. I'd hate to see their fan page when Billy G. was let go and Cal hired. Those people probably had a spy on the plane with Cal hiding in the baggage area.

Ha

I was on Cats Pause that day. I actually put the counts up on here. That was a day. New Fox in the Hen House and they were just ecstatic to get rid of Billy G.

Oh they hated Billy G. Or at least disliked him very strongly. I remember the day he got let go, I was in the car driving from Cincinnati back to my parents in NE Ohio, and I was listening to some sports talk station. They were saying how there is no reason that UK shouldn't be a national title contender every season and they were gonna throw whatever kind of money they could find at Cal. They had him in mind before Billy G. was even given the walking papers. These people down here in the bluegrass are a different breed, similar to the sheep up in Columbus when it comes to Buckeye football or those down in Alabama when it comes to the Tide.

Longest thread title in BobcatAttack history?

I have very little shame.  I just don't feel the need to post until something is decided.

I teach, and am on spring break right now, and with nothing else to do, so I've been checking pretty much all day for updates.
