A. The Money split in the MAC is a complete pile of horsecrap. The fact that even a % of it goes to pay Steinbrecher and Jeremy Guy's salaries is an atrocity.

B. What is real market value for a Coach that has won 3 NCAA games in 2 years with a trip to the Sweet 16? I would say roughly $800,000 a year. I don't see many Masters Degreed Teachers working for $17,500 if around $60,000 is market for a Teacher with solid credentials. Why should Groce?

This is a total load of garbage.  The teams that are elevating their performance in the Tourney are the ones who should receive at least a majority of the windfall.

I've never been an 'Ohio to the (bigger conference name here) kinda guy, but news like this is starting to persuade me . . .
