Well, in an off-handed way.  CBS's Jeff Borzello listed DJ's missed desperation 3 at the end of regulation vs. UNC as the #4 shining moment of the tourney.  Would've been #1 if he'd made it:

4. D.J. Cooper's missed desperation 3: If Cooper's halfcourt heave at the buzzer of regulation had fallen, it might have gone down as one of the best shots in recent history. Instead, the shot rimmed out and North Carolina advanced in overtime. The Bobcats were the lowest-seeded team to make the Sweet 16, knocking off Michigan and South Florida in the first weekend. Had the shot fallen, it would have been the No. 1 moment.
