Is anyone else really struggling now that basketball has ended? I have been in a funk ever since the North Carolina game and then new coach search and hire. I seriously need to become a little more diverse in my hobbies. The college football magazines need to start coming out ASAP.

Hopefully a good football season will help ease the pain.

Even football is seeming like it's so far down the road - after all the excitement from Bowl game to Sweet Sixteen - lot of action over just a few months. Maybe I need to get up to speed with the baseball program.................

I share your pain. I like football, but don't get excited about it like I do basketball. And I'd rather watch paint dry than watch baseball or cars driving around in circles.

Been reading A LOT.

Less than a month away to the Greatest Two Minutes in Sports, gotta love the Kentucky Derby. Speaking of which, is it possible to see Churchill Downs from I-65? I couldn't look because I was driving on the road to Nashville so I couldn't pay attention, but where exactly in Louisville is it?

Pretty much with you on all counts.  I'll watch baseball or NASCAR in person, that's about it at this point.  Great time to make a dent in the lengthy list of books I wanted to read but didn't have time to read during school.

There's exciting cricket going on, for anyone who follows cricket or has always wanted to check it out. The main link is: http://www.espncricinfo.com/ Almost everyday there is either an international match or club franchise match going on. For example, right now is the Indian Premier League T20, the games only last three hours, with setup similar to a football game (a "first half", a "halftime", and a "second half")
