Thanks to the season ending placement of basketball 64 points, football 45 points, wrestling 41 points and field hockey 25 points OU stands in 70th place out of 248 schools with 175 points after the winter schedule in the National Directors Cup competition. The Bobcats are the highest ranked program in the Mid American Conference and followed by Toledo at 93, NIU at 99, CMU at 109, EMU at 125, KSU at 132, WMU at 143, Akron at 158, Buffalo at 202 and BSU and Miami tied at 203. Other local schools are OSU at #2, WVU at 22, Cin at 64, Temple at 86, Xavier at 129, Dayton at 143 and Marshall at 191. Stanford leads the national competition which will be completed at the end of the spring sports season.

OU is actually in 75 place overall but still leading the MAC.

I just like that in the eyes of the NCAA, we finished tied for 9th in the nation. I say we make that a banner in the Convo, listing that we finished tied for 9th in the nation for college basketball.
I would love to see where we finished in just football and basketball. I would imagine it has to be somewhere in the top 25.
