Are we really going to complain when players receive positive publicity because we're so concerned about the transfer portal?

You think P5 coaches are learning about AJ Brown from The Hoop Herald?

Everybody needs to take a deep breath about the transfer portal.

I really appreciate the optimism. I wish it were that easy. When A.J. was playing AAU in Orlando, he had plenty of eyes on him. I am so grateful he is a Bobcat. Scouts around the country know who is. He needs a solid year. I am tickled to death for any Ohio University student athlete to put some change in their pockets. Just stick around, and graduate

After our deep tournament run next March it is not the portal we need to worry about with AJ but the draft ;-)

Yeah, the portal has been terrible for the Bobcats.
Wait, the Bobcats picked up a player from Creighton and a player from Maryland this off season.
That is just so terrible.
