When are our new transfers eligible to play? I saw Kadeem is eligible around December but how about the others?

Ted maybe you can help me out on the scholarship numbers.  From your recruiting page I only count 11 scholarship players for this coming year.  From my understanding we get the lost scholarship back, and should have the full 13 available.  We have 4 seniors graduating after this year and 4 new guys who will take their scholarships (Willis, Setty, Allen, and Campbell).  So we're still going to be 2 under next year's available limit.  I guess my question is, that unless I'm missing something, why the heck didn't we add at least 1 more freshman in this year's class?  It sure would be nice to have as much depth as possible in case of a few injuries or other unforseen issues.
