Well not too surprising we made Lunardi's first Bracketology, unfortunately we are the only MAC team on there but thats not too much of a surprise either.

He has us in the East bracket (Washington D.C.) as an 11 seed vs 6 seed Texas at the Auburn Hills 2nd/3rd round location. Interestingly enough if we were to go through to the next round in his Bracketology we would more than likely face 3 seed Michigan for a rematch. :)

Dream scenario for me...I live an hour from Auburn Hills. Let's make it happen.

Lots of opportunities for Bobcat fans to potentially see Ohio play in the NCAA first round, should they make it.

I believe first-round sites include Auburn Hills (Detroit), Dayton and Lexington, and perhaps other nearby regional locales.

Not to hijack the thread, but it's related to Bracketology....

Still debating to get season tickets or not. The knowledge if Ohio makes the Tournament, they could very well play close is tilting me toward the purchase. I was lucky to land NCAA tickets for 2005 as a student for free, missed 2010, and luckily found someone to purchase for me Sweet 16 tix last year. This year, I want to be able to have a first-go at the opportunity to buy NCAA tickets. I may or may not be able to make enough regular season games to make the season ticket purchase "worth it," but I feel like for only $60, I put myself in good position to get tickets at face value for the NCAA Tournament -- again, should they go.

You don't have to buy season tickets to have an ability to buy NCAA Tourney tickets, most years I can't buy season tickets for football or basketball but I always make my Bobcat Club donation to get me access to the early purchasing.  Now you could buy season tickets to get this same early purchasing too, but if you join the Bobcat Club and make sure you donate every year you will get priority points that will slowly better your seat placement as the years go by.
