Anybody know why there is not a link to purchase tickets for this game on the Ohio Athletics site?  Every other home game is available; however, this one is not.  It is the Blackout game, but I have a very hard time believing it could already be sold out.  I figured I'd check here first to see if anyone knew why this may be the case before taking the time to call the ticket office.

Thanks

Go BOBCATS!

It could be that they are doing a special promotion for it and have just set it aside at the moment.  They have a lot going on in athletics in  the next handful of weeks with two home football games and the home opening hoops game.  I think something like this happened in the last year or two for the Green Fever or Bracketbuster game.

I should also add - I'm thrilled this is going to be a night game.  I feel like the buzz around town for a night game is another level higher, and I'm not taking about the blood alcohol content of some folks.

They should have more evening games on Saturdays.  You want the Convo rockin?  Then how about an 8PM tip.  Who wouldn't want to hit up a bball game before heading uptown for the night?

+1

The only days games in the past 3 years I have seen at Xavier have been for big time opponents (UC, Dayton, etc.) because they knew they were going to draw either way. Other than that, their games on weekends are always at night.
