At least you were given options. Literally, not a word from anyone.

Once you receive your tickets I would like to put a bid in for them for the Portland game.

So.....at the Portland game my wife asks why we are paying for parking, I give her my typical blank stare and multiple flashbacks ensue....

1. When I ordered season tickets in the gold section I was told I would also get a parking pass, dvd and glass.
2.  When my season tickets showed up (very much delayed from others receiving theirs) the package was completely destroyed and the post office had put it in a new envelope with only the season tickets inside.

So...leaving the game people are in line picking up glasses and dvds....not me.....mife wife turns and looks, asking more questions...and I go outside and change the subject.

In order to recover what was not provided and reinstate my status with my wife I called the ticket office today.  They apologized but are of no help stating that they are not in charge of anything but the tickets...so where do I go from here?
If I pay for parking again I am not sure our marriage will last and I wanted to watch the dvd with my friends and sip a frosty cold one from the glass.

Any and all recommendations are appreciated, PLEASE before Friday night!

Call the Ohio Bobcat Club about parking.  They are in charge of the season passes.  You should've received a neon green envelope with your ticket package.  The parking pass is inside that envelope.  A simple call to their office should get you the right pass.  The glasses and DVDs are going to be passed out at the first 3 games.  You are allowed to get the DVD before the game, but the glasses are not passed out until the game is over for obvious safety reasons.

When you call the Bobcat Club (740-593-1176), let them know about the destroyed envelope and that your DVD/glass vouchers were missing. I bet they'll make sure you get those too.

I contacted the Bobcat Club.  They were very professional and helpful.  Thanks for the help!
