I'm sure the coaching staff and team know what he's going to bring to the team since he's been practicing for a while now.  What's the word on him?  Banger or finesse type?  Face the basket or post up?  Defensive specialist (Smith type) or will he add some scoring punch?  Raw or developed?  Are we expecting a big boost in any area from him and he's an high impact type player, or is he simply going to be a role player that we rotate with Smith, Keely and Hall?

I have been wondering this myself.  Anyone have any thoughts?  Seen a practice or two?

I really liked Kadeem's demeanor on the bench at both games this weekend. Seems very positive/encouraging and into the action. Hopefully this will translate well once he gets onto the court in December. As several of us have commented, this team seems to have a great chemistry.

You do have to wonder, however...where will his minutes come from? Especially with the performances of Reggie and Ivo thus far.

I gotta think the minutes are going to come from OUr full line up of bigs once we are having to pound and battle on the inside w/upcoming slate of teams w/fuller and stronger rosters of bigs. We have a LOT of fouls to be able to give.......OUr bench will be Deep, and Wide........

The biggest advantage of having that big bench is we can keep people fresher for the postseason, when the rotation tightens and our best players play more minutes.

It's a season-long audition, boys. Want to be out there in March? Now's the time to earn those minutes.
