Just some thoughts from tonight.

1.  Memphis is the real deal.  They are playing at a level that I think we could reach, but aren't close to it yet.

2.  Inside game is terrible.  There is no attacking in the paint on offense or defense.  They are absolutely destroying us.  Need to get it shored up, hopefully Green will help that.

3.  We are playing too slow.  Memphis makes us look like we have concrete in our shoes.

4.  Two players that are driving me nuts:
      -Cooper-  I'm not sure what to say about him.  Every time we need points, he either comes up big or contributes to their run.
     -Ivo Baltic- I like Ivo, but he's soft.  If he attacks the basket, he does well.  But he's settling for the pretty jumpers and it's hurting.

5.  WAAAY too many turnovers.

6.  We get way too flustered.  Instead of calming down on the run where Memphis took command, we were all over the place but the court.

7.  It's early in the season.  This is definitely an opportunity for a coaching point.

Hats off to the Tigers; that is a dangerous team.  I'm not pleased at all with the way we've played tonight, but it's too early to panic.  On to next week.

Bonus:  Why didn't the announcers just go ahead and say GO TIGERRRRRRRRS!?
