Does Memphis offered an internet feed either paid or free?

They do have an All-Access package. It's $9.95 a month. But in their Game Notes for Ohio next to web it says none. So maybe they can't webcast since CBS Sports Network has the game?

It's also notoriously difficult to get it to stop charging your credit card every month once you cancel the subscription.  The video is usually the scoreboard feed with local radio calling the game.

For a major basketball program in a major city, they have pretty dead message boards.

memphistigers.org is our main board.

There are two forums for Memphis, the one listed above and memphisroar.com.  Both are very active.  Game is also listed in firstrowsports.eu for streaming feed on the computer.

Ohio is getting a lot of respect on the boards and from the Memphis fans in general.  In fact, we are looking for a win over Ohio as a "quality" win for our NCAA resume'.  I for one hope you only lose 2 more games the entire season - tonight against us and when we meet you in the NCAA tournament.

Take it from a Memphian, if you're going out for bbq before or after the game, check out Central BBQ instead--Rendezvous is tourist food.  They just built a new Central BBQ downtown a few blocks away from the arena (on Butler), and there's another closer to the University on Central Ave. that's historically a hot spot for Tiger fans on game day.  There's also Corky's, with a couple of different spots around town.  You want to be on Travel Channel, go to Rendezvous.  You want real Memphis BBQ, be sure to check out Central or Corky's while you're here.

That being said, safe travels to all those that have made the trip down here, and we hope your stay is a great one (but not TOO much fun--at least not at the Tigers' expense).  Here's to a great game!  Go Tigers! ;)

I ate @CentralBBQ yesterday. The pulled pork plain was outstanding, but the vinegar and hot barbecue sauces were great. I went to Gus's chicken today. Also great. I may hit Corky's. I visited the National Civil Rights Museum & Lorraine Hotel - moving experience. I really enjoyed the Stax Museum yesterday. Hope it is a great game tonight.

Ohio is playing scared.  This is not how they played vs. Michigan in Nashville last year.  And way too many turnovers in the first half.

Jim C. needs to think about recruiting some of those thick-body post players like U of Memphis has.

Back to Back fast breaks we settle for a 3 from baltic in the corner (who has sucked tonight) and then a dumbass alley-oop!  Terrible in all phases tonight.  Not tough enough or willing enough to do the work to win within 5-7 feet of the basket.

At least we have some good game tape on how to play defense.

They're opening a Gus's here in Nashville...right after the Doc said low-sodium from now on.

Wow, what an embarrassing performance. They played extremely STOOOPID at times tonight and that changed the entire game. They were fine for most of the first half till they decided to play completely outta control and started turning it over, taking stupid shots and when they did, they were OWNED on the fast break.

Ohio would make a small run, then get stupid and Memphis would drop a quick 4 or 6 points on them before they could blink.

This is where I see a glaring difference in the coaching. Last year, Groce would try to nip this in the bud as best he could. Tonight it seemed like it just kept right on happening without being reigned in.

Looks like it's win the MAC tourney or bust for this team this year.
