I was wearing an OU hat at the grocery yesterday and someone shouted GO BOBBIES at me.. Immediately thought of how angry that would make some of the people in this thread.

No they aren't. Not to anybody who's been a fan for more than 20 years. They can call themselves the whoopie cushions if they want, but that's not the baseball franchise in Cleveland. I've also not watched nor attended a single game since "The Switch" TM.
It is, though. That's their name. Pretty bold of you to claim everyone who has been a fan for 20+ years agrees with you.
I'm 31 years old and I've been a fan since I could walk. They are my favorite professional franchise and its not even relatively close. I was pissed off at first when the MLB traded us the all-star game for the Chief and name, however, I've grown into accepting the new brand. Its not that bad, I actually like the new logo better. I find a ton of fans have picked up on using the phrase "Go Guards" and I'm perfectly ok with it. They gave us plenty of time to prepare for the change.
