Hey, I'm trying to convince myself that all is not lost.  But, I am pretty bummed about tonight.  I didn't see the improvement that JC says he saw in the post game show.  Looked like Memphis redux to me.

I believe the "progress" he was referring to was that we actually attempted to fight back as compared to Memphis when we rolled over.  Small consolation, but he was looking for something.

The improvement vs Memphis is they played the whole game, did not check out after down double digits.......even with only couple minutes to go.

Well, we were up by double digits more than once in the first ten minutes, but we checked out and let them back in the game.  Why did we play so well early and then start missing so many shots and turning the ball over so often?  Though we did fight back in the second half a few times, we seemed to play sloppier and sloppier as the game went on. At least those were my impressions watching the game on the pirate web feed in the second half and listening to the XTQ broadcast in both halves.

I'm hoping this is just the "getting to know you" phase that players and new coaches/players go through.  If not, this could be a season to forget.
