Was just talking to Athletics today and they said they weren't sure  when he'd be eligible. This is definitely a big surprise! That 7'1" wingspan will certainly help!

I hope he has a great transition into this team. Having three big men (Smith, Baltic, and Green) should create a deep bench. Is anyone else getting really excited about our team? I don't think there's another MAC team that can match up to us. Lets go Cats!

I can't remember ever being so excited (and somewhat nervous) to see a new player in his first minutes! Good game to get some first minutes in. I wonder if he is aware of the level of expectations we all have?

He's not the savior, but it's going to be nice to have a guy who can provide minutes in the paint and 5 HARD fouls if needed.

Not as good as I thought, too slow, a slouch on defense, plays streetball, and shows no senses of team chemistry.  He's only here because he couldn't hack it at Mizzou, etc., etc. etc.  . . . .

Let's see what the guy can do.  This is the MAC.  We do not get transfers with ready made perfect skills.  If we are lucky we get transfers with raw potential who are willing to work with the coaches to become great players.  Whether its court skills or attitudes that need polishing.  It's not who a man is when he enters the program.  It's what he makes and allows himself to become.  I wish Kadeem all the best and look forward to the pleasure of watching him play.

He can not be any worse than Jason Terry, that guy drove me nuts 90% of the time!! At 7' he played 6'5" most of time...I know that I've got to get over it and move on..

As long as he plays tough inside the paint and isn't another Ivo Baltic 6'9" shooting guard he can only help out there on the court.

I'm willing to bet he ends up being somewhere between Walt / Armon / Stonerook and Johnnie Jackson / Bota / Ken Ottrix.

Im hoping he comes in and fills his role as well Mike Allen or Mychel Green did.

Should have played more IMHO.  The team seemed to have better chemistry and and better presence under the basket when he was playing.  They went on a nice little run.  We didn't have many of those the whole day.  Not, sure why he didn't see any action in the second half.

I hope when Kadeem gets into playing shape he takes Ivo's minutes. He's just brutal right now and more of it has to do with basketball IQ than talent.

Again, why did Kadeem not get any PT yesterday other than garbage time? We were getting killed on the boards in the second half, could have used him.
