I watched Akron vs BG.  Less impressed with Akron than I was amazed by how terrible BG is. Holy hell. Bad. 

And these games on tv never cease to remind me how fortunate I am to be a fan of Ohio. Fan support at most of these MAC schools is absolutely pathetic.

Their announcers said it's their first win against Kent since 2003 and it snaps an 11-game losing streak against them.

Agreed; this was a huge boost in the arm for them after breaking their own record for being terrible.  Good for them!

Yikes. I think Kent's reign may finally be coming to an end. Not to mention that they're losing their 2 best players (Evans and Holt), with the cupboard looking quite bare next season.
