Sooooooo, could this all be seen as a smart move by OU, not from a safety standpoint but from a PR standpoint in that any press is good press?

"Oh, honey, look at how careful they are down there in Athens.  One little gun.  Five dollars.  They'll take such good care of our little baby, let's send her there.  They may party hard but they care hard too."
