Is this the latest tipoff we've had since Coop/Baltic/Reggie arrived, or did the game in Portland in December '11 start at the same time?

If you count local time at the venue, then it would be last year's tourney game vs. Toledo.  ESPN.com says that game started at 9:55 pm in Cleveland.  The Portland game started at 7 p.m. in Portland.
