At one point, the Akron PA announcer said there were 6 seconds on the shot clock as Akron was about to inbound. Aren't they not allowed to say things like that, or they can if they call it both ways?

I was there, no it wasn't. The clock never changed, because I remember looking at it before the announcement.

I'd chalk that up to home court advantage. Our guy has been known to veer off script occasionally... and we love him for it.

And do you really, really think nobody from the Hashtag Academy noticed before the PA did?

That's pretty hilarious right there. I've never seen a school more obsessed with Twitter. There were #ZipsGameday signs IN THE BATHROOMS...really??

Not to mention the halftime group with #SWAG shirts. Or the video board that only had one slide...#ThinkBigger.

Always makes me happy to have OUr Convo and it's gameday experience.
