Blaine Taylor fired during a horrible 2-20 season. Something else has to have transpired that I'm not aware of though because considering what he has done the last 8 seasons he should have been able to survive one really bad year.

Reading the ODU boards there's a lot of talk that Taylor had a problem with alcohol and may have even been drinking prior to his last game. What I found interesting is that most people on the boards seemed like they have wanted him gone for years.
