Interesting that the 05-06 season was when they followed a 3-8 start by winning 10 straight in the MAC before ending in a narrow loss in the MAC championship.  Makes you wonder what was at play during that slow start.

Honestly, I am surprised this does not happen more often...or maybe it does and we just don't know about it.
