Bring in some extremely successful high school coach (like Dambrot) who knows most of the players and their coaches throughout SE Ohio, WVA and PA and loves Ohio and within 5 years, who knows.  Don't hire a young person, go for maturity and someone who will end their career as the Bobcats Women Coach. 

Crawley would be okay to bring back if she was like Christian.  Had seen the color of the grass elsewhere and realized like Dorothy that there is no place like Ohio.
