Kent had a time out remaining in the OT that wasn't used.  Kent read, Kent write, Kent remember to call the time out!

That is an alltime classic video.  Good to hear the 110 lead SUAC.

This is a game that will certainly go down in Bobcat lore. In 25+ years of home games, this is right up there. Loved the fact that Stevie got to hit the shot!

Completely disagree, they caught us off guard big time and we'd be looking like goats if they hit that very makeable shot at the buzzer.  Call a timeout and we would have defended it MUCH better, or possibly fouled before they had a chance to shoot the 3.

On the same topic, did anyone notice DJ pleading with JC before our last possession in regulation to NOT take the timeout?  I completely agree with DJ on this one...Getting a chance to talk about it and get set gives the advantage to the defense in my opinion.  I'd like to see a statistical analysis done on it.

Remember DJ to Tommy in 2010?  No timeout taken.

I keep forgetting that Kent passed the ball completely out of bounds. Just an unreal turn of events.

How about a combination of both theories? Nick goes for the layup but then misses the layup in a way that the ball is loose for several seconds. No way Kent can corral it, get things organized, and go full court.

Now I think I'm over thinking it, but it would be an interesting film session. This is why coaches still call time outs at the ends of games when they are down 30. Always good to work on stuff like this.

They should have used the time out before the steal to set up the last shot.  There was no tactical advantage once the ball was in the forecourt.  I agree that with three seconds desperation time it was arguably better to make the mad dash for the final shot.  Nick did a great job getting back and making the last heave contested.

I agree- Nick and Walt both did well to get back. Nothing about the last second Kent heave was easy.

Another note - notice who the first person from the bench to get to Stevie was after the horn sounded?  DJ Cooper.

No one will believe this but my wife and I werexat the game and had to leave at the end of regulation. I had a flight out of Columbus that i had to get to. Listened on carl radio. Damn near wrecked... While high fiving wife and kissing and stuff.

My question is this: Did nick high five a KSU plYer after the game? I have only seen the video on my phone so i cannot tell.

Thanks for you help
