The guys who jump center to start the game used to shake hands before the jump, and it's probably been years since they stopped.  But I noticed tonight that Reggie and Riley barely looked at each other before the tip.  I always thought a handshake was a good way to start a game from a sportsmanship angle.

I would rather have it be where the teams just ignore each other than the stupid hugs n' handpounds routine before every NBA game. It made me sick to see all the cavs give lebron a bear hug the first time he was back in cleveland like he was your long lost buddy from summer camp. I realize that guys have friends on other teams but I like to see a competitive edge
