Just a heads up and, I am in no way advocating it's use and/or safety, but I wanted to share how I watch ESPN+ from outside the US where it is currently unavailable. I go to the site: VipLeague using a pop-up blocking browser from Brave.

Works well so far and I hope it is of use to those of us that have to jump through considerable hoops just to watch hoops. (It works for other sports too!)
