I'd never seen game footage from this other than our own highlight package, but the most hilarious thing I noticed - after Tillman's second dunk, he gets a tech for screaming. Might've been at the Maryland guy, might've been for himself. Then TOS goes full Fran McCaffrey livid... at Tillman!!! And not the referee for a cheap call.

I remember KVK as kind of an awkward stiff until he turned a corner his senior year, but this was really an excellent game from him at this point in his career. Hustle plays, offensive boards, challenging shots, matching the physicality from Leon, Jerome, and all of those ACC bigs. Huge momentum play right before the half to come up with the 50/50 ball and hit the elbow jumper.
