Will Regan is playing out of his MIND this half for Beefs. They started the half on a 22-6 run and he had 15 of them I believe.

Not looking good for Balls right now despite Scaife's performance. Looks like one of my sleepers could be making an early exit.

That's gonna be the nail in the coffin.

Buffalo now up 70-54 with under 3:30 to play.

Locked down in the 2nd half. Buff assigns a player to crawl in Juannys jock while the Balls D left the building. Reagan goes bonkers inside and out. Was he the one that walked on?

Balls making Bulls look like future NBA players.

Meanwhile Taylor fails to adjust. Should be the last time we BT in the Q

They had a bunch in a row there didn't they? Scaife still having to work for everything he gets.

76-61 is the final. Boy did Ball crap the bed in that 2nd half or what?

Buffalo vs. Kant in one quarterfinal tomorrow.

Miami vs. EMU coming up! Man, I love tournament basketball :).

I do too but this current format doesn't seem like a tournament.  This triple bye business is just crazy.  When you had four games on Thursday and two on Friday, it seemed like a tournament.  The top eight teams were all there.  Now it's like 8th grade games on Monday, freshmen games on Wednesday and the junior varsity on Thursday.  The tournament really doesn't begin till Friday.

Buffalo is the wild card on that side of the bracket, if they squeeze by Kent I don't think Akron can stop them.

I don't think Akron matches up well with either Kent OR Buffalo honestly.

Was the video quality this poor for the first game? I watched the first round games online and they were as clear as can be. Tonight, it is pixelated slow motion crap.

I actually like that it favors the regular season accomplishments. YOu can thank the elfin minority  of Ford and Dambrot for pushing it through after we blew past them in the 2010 run. After that they worked to get it changed so that could not happen again.

To me, that's why getting a coach who consistently wins 12 to 14 games in the conference like Christian is so big. Three years ago, I'm not sure it was all that important. With this format, that I like, to win the tourney on a regular basis it will take good regular seasons. Christian is the perfect coach for that.

Same here. First round was crystal clear, tonight is watchable but noticeably pixelated.

EMU pulling away a bit here to start the 2nd, up 40-29. 12:23 to play. An 11 point deficit is like 20 to Miami.

There is NO ONE at this EMU-Miami game. Sounds like they're playing in a warehouse.

Of our possible semifinal match-ups (WMU, Miami, EMU)...we should vastly outnumber any of them in a stands. Ohio Home Game - Friday @ 9:00 pm. BE THERE!

Miami looks like a team playing their 3rd game in 6 nights tonight. T-I-R-E-D.

Not that their offense was ever good, but they've got 4 points in 10+ minutes. Four.

How are you watching? WatchESPN looks typically crisp.

I was watching from the mac-sports.com live stream of STO, same as I did on Monday. Maybe I'll try ESPN tomorrow and see if it's better.
