Don't assume WMU will win. They split the season series and both games were close.

I listened to our game with WM while I was in Chicago. That was very close as well. Not a guaranteed walk to the finals eh?

Miami knows that everyone hates them so their game plan is to suck so much that the opposition wants to suck "better".  Know one wants Miami to be better at anything.  Witness the first 30 minutes of last Saturday's game at the Convo.  It almost worked.

They did not realize that EMU's style of basketball was bullet proof to the slow down sucking of Miami.

Fosslaw.....your reccollection of Miami between 67-71 is a bit different than what I remember.  I believe I saw 2 out of 3 MAC Championships, 2 NCAA appearances with an NCAA win over Austin Carr & Notre Dame, and an NIT between 68-69, and 70-71.  I could be wrong, but their history of sucking has been more recent than the dates you mention.  Look it up.
