You on't beat anyone like that but it was the wrong strategy. Go inside make Akron foul

Bunch of good guys, too bad they couldn't take it again.   Thanks for all the thrills

gonna be sad to see 'kron get beat by 20 in the first round. looking forward to hearing about it. don't give me "it's good for the mac" because I'm just being realistic. They're not built for NCAAs, especially without a point guard.

BRUTAL!

DJ needed to get more attempts under his belt in the 1st half.

Thanks for the good season, Bobcats. I enjoyed myself greatly & love this team.

Thank you Reggie, Coop, Walt, Ivo and David for being great seniors.

Many of those 20 were rushed or not confidently taken or taken off balance.

And, if the 3ball isn't working, ya gotta have something else.

'kron had the answer to us tonight.

But a lot of them weren't and they still didn't go in. We know without a doubt Akron has the inside advantage and if Ohio shoots that poorly, the Zips have the outside advantage, too.

We needed other people to step up tonight and it didnt happen. Dj did not make a shot from the field, and of course Ivo and Nick Kellogg struggled shooting as they have been for most of the season. It is hard to win when you shoot 33% and only make 1-20 from 3-point range. Statistically we are a team who makes about 8 3's a game, and all the games we lost this year we shot  below 41% from the field. I give SOME credit to Akron's defense but we had a lot of wide open looks that did not go down, a lot of missed layups that should have been made. It was just one of those games. And think, we blew a lead of 18 and lead of 13 to Akron this season, both in the second half. So once Akron fought back in the second half the confidence was lost and we had no fight to come back and win. Just like Coach Christian said, the struggles on offense effected the defensive side of the ball as well. That is all.
