Buffalo has some considerable talent coming back, while Ohio, Kent, and Akron lose a lot. Out could turn out to look like a genius move short term, and disaster if the guy can't bring in equal or better talent.

Kind of reminds me of TB firing Hunter and hiring TOS.  He really took us to the next level, didn't he?  Also, there was Mack firing BB and ending up with Old Freak Nasty.
