He seems pretty surprised he got the axe.  Holding a press conference at home is different.  It will be strange not seeing him on the sidelines for the Bulls.

Reminds me a little of Larry Hunter's departure, without some of the success.

That's funny because I made that comparison on their board before. Very similar profiles. Year after year of success, a few bad years, but constant underachieving in the MAC Tournament.

Hunter to his credit did get to the NCAA once though.
