Part of Emmert's reform of the NCAA ...it sounds good....especially when you red the article and actually see the way AD's and Personnel representing the schools talk regarding year to years vs multiyears. Very interesting discussion and a springboard for discussion of those poor athletes

Looking back on athletes that have been taken care of I am not sure where I stand on this given the use of it by recruiters to ensure a signing. It seems like a slam dunk but when those schools startr using it sas a recruiting tool I am not sure ther spirit of the idea is along the same lines as the implementation.
