Read the article about Nate Oats joining the staff. Then I read up on the other staffers. It appears Coach Hurley has assembled an impressive staff at UB.
Those of you who may know more about this, weigh in with whether you agree or disagree.

The only concern I would have is that the staff doesn't have that much experience at the college level. Only Levi Watkins has any real experience. They all come from extremely good programs though. The hiring of Oats makes me wonder what big recruit they are looking at in Michigan.

Not Bobby Hurley related but former UB Head Coach Reggie Witherspoon has been named AD at ECC (a junior college in Buffalo).
So it appears that he might not be interested in getting back into coaching very soon.

He probably wants to stay in Buffalo. Not too many coaching opportunities there.
