I would love to see an alumni exhibition that coincides with Midnight Madness or whatever we call it at Ohio.

I swear I  saw Snoopy Graham in the stands during the halftime presentation...and he looked pissed.

Should have been recognized by name. That's two years in a row.

Thanks to Coach Christian and the Basketball staff for the hospitality. While I enjoy catching up with the regular attendees, I really enjoy meeting new attendees. Had a terrific conversation with Mike Schuler, ditto Billy Hahn last year.

I agree completely......it has been mentioned more than once to recognize them on the field.

If we took the time to recognize them by name, how could we fit all the stupid promotions into the game?

Maybe Citizens Bank could donate its time to the athletic dept on the first down thing:  instead of "this is a Citizen's Bank First Down", Lou could say, "that's a Dave Jamerson first down", then next time, it would be "that's a Snoop Graham first down", then "that's a Giacomo First Down"...and so on for the rest of the game.

Ha!  At least once on Saturday it was simply a "Citizen's First Down".  I thought we had turned a corner, but no, the full name came back soon enough.  Citizen's first down has a nice plebian sound to it, though, and I could tolerate that.

(I, too, was disappointed that names were not announced for the BB reunion.  Thanks to this thread at part of my gnawing curiousity has been sated.  Always good to see Billy Brown around.)

I thought I saw Tommy Freeman for a minute, but he didn't come into the hospitality tent or attend the football game. I didn't get a chance to meet him.

I don't know what Citizen's Bank paid, but I am pretty confident I know a group of people who would be interested in sponsoring the 1st down just because.
