Has college basketball adopted a rule in 2013 to allow two plus steps a la the NBA?  I have not previously seen the NBA rules administered in the college game until tonight's OHIO/them game, and I legitimately am interested to hear of any changes adopted recently from Borna or others more learned than I am.  Thanks in advance.

Seemed to me that your observation is spot on, DA.  Last night we were marveling at the number of "extra" steps that were ignored on drives to the basket.  As the biased analyst, also seemed to me that O$U got the extras more than we did.
