Very excited to see Kent win tonight on the road in Philly. Temple isn't the same team without Khalif Wyatt, but it's still a high-level road win for the MAC. Now the more difficult decision of whether to root for Akron at St. Mary's this morning...

That is a quality win. Akron over St. Marys would be a quality win as well for the conference. Ohio beating Ohio State would be a big time quality win for the MAC

No question always root for MAC teams OOC no matter who they are. Win make the MAC look better and thus improve our resume and national perception/ NCAA seeding

Kent has a lot of offensive weapons.

Good win, and nice poise to close it out at the end. They didn't lead much of the game, but they led when it counted.

Between WMU winning, Kent winning and Miami not getting blown out this has gone better than I expected.

I'll root for all the MAC teams to win...it helps us out in the end.

Two exceptions: 'Kron and Miami. Just can't bring myself to do it!

They have a lot of talent but it appeared to me that everyone on the team (except Henninger)  looks shot first.  They spent most of the first half with one pass and then the guy that received the pass taking it to the hoop.  Physically they strong and tough though.  Excellent win.

didn't watch the game or anything , but it seems that if after one pass you can go to the basket, that is better than taking a three or a long shot. Not much wrong in taking it to the basket in a way.

It is if it ends up in a forced shot with defenders in good position, which many of their early possessions did,  They also took quite a few threes after one pass early on although that's actually what kept them in the game since they hit a few contested threes.   They were very lucky it wasn't a blowout early on.  They did calm down and at least appeared to run some kind of offense in the second half but I still think they are going to have an occasional ugly, ugly loss.
