Really interesting stuff. I never thought of Stevens as someone who would cut it in the NBA, but I'm quickly changing my mind. What surprised me is he hasn't used any of the SportVU data.
And you should absolutely be reading Zach Lowe. He makes you a smarter fan.

Anyway the Celtics are a long ways from contending for anything.

Not really. Picks galore, cap space, outstanding coach...they are actually in good shape right now. Could be great shape if Brooklyn continues to struggle.

It's interesting the Stevens is using Jordan Crawford as his go-to guy for the future. Having coached against him while at Butler (JC at X), I wonder if he knew he would be this good in the pros if not better.

Good question! It may also just be so new he doesn't know what to do with it.
