That was a pretty gross way to end an otherwise tough game.

Jaylin walk the ball on the floor followed by a forced errant falling lay up from Shareef. NO THANKS.

This will get milked down into FT’s. Bummer way to lose it.

Man, this one sucks to lose after the way we started. 9-14 from 3PT range in the 1st half. 3-11 in the second + a number of head scratching possessions during crunch time was brutal. Oh, and getting out-rebounded by a smaller team 40-29.

Elmore makes the layup with 1:20 left in the half to go up 14 and I’m convinced we have at least a 10 point lead after 20 min and we have a completely different tone coming out for the second.

To make nine 3’s in first half and only have a 5 point lead on the road was crippling.

The travel by Brown up two with a minute left was a killer as well.

So did Ike enter the portal? Have to speculate everything with zero information coming out of the program concerning a guy who has played in every game this season.

One of our better efforts. They competed on the road and almost won. We got speed up a bit end of first half with some turnover got Toledo back in it. Bobcats fought to the end. Not a great night for Mitchell, but glad he was back. We better with him on the floor. James getting back to his old self on some drives. Toledo well coached team and good foul shooting iced the game. Offensive rebounding a killer for us. That was the difference. We played pretty good on defense. Bobcats are playing much better. Better ball movement. Maybee third time the charm in Cleveland vs Toledo if we get them in a matchup. Good thing is Bobcats showed they can compete with Toledo. Build off this one.

Really tried to withhold judgment all year. That being said Wiz is awful. Watched him away from the ball on the defensive end and he is absolutely lost. Don't know how a HC tolerates this. He may be a great kid but facts are facts.

I'm not a Wiz apologist but he only played 11 minutes, was 2-3 shooting, had 3 boards, zero turnovers, only one foul.

He might be a convenient scapegoat, but he didn't cause this loss.

Bottom line all year is rebounding.
We need a big to clog the middle and eliminate the rebounding, particularly on the offensive side.
If we can attract this big we would not have to rely so heavily on the 3 ball.

Didn't mean to imply he did. Only 1 foul primarily due to never being in position to even play defense. He is a total liability on the defensive end.

Agree with this. We had 5-6 just really bad turnovers and/or bad shot selection trips in second half. Clean that up and it could be a win and look totally legit…
