Terrible final possession of regulation. Dribbled the clock out and ended up with bad look. Run the offense!!!!

I'm just happy to get out of Muncie with a win. That felt like a game we should have lost...

Great gritty win! Jaylin with 32 points, dude is hot. Hadaway quietly putting together a great double double game. Great to get another road win.

Way to grind this one out. We’d be hurting without Hadaway’s emergence. I personally don’t love when AJC goes 5/8 (or along those lines) from 3PT because the aftermath is usually games like tonight. He gets stuck on letting it fly even when he doesn’t have it, while continuing to neglect the 2PA.

Jaylin is back. Seemed like this time last year is when he picked it up. Interesting stretch coming up with 3/4 on the road.

Hadaway is quickly becoming our go to rebound / scrapping forward that can also score. Seeing Nicol during warmups for the whole year - I think he and Aiden have the potential to be a deadly force in the OU backcourt for years to come (if they don't transfer)

That's definitely a game this team would have lost in the first half of the season. They are making progress.

Best EPSN+ color commentator among MAC schools tonight as Ball St. hosts Ohio. Can't think of his name, but he sounds like a former coach. Very fair and knowledgeable.

The worst? Although not a MAC school, but Ohio has played at Cleveland St. a couple of times in recent years. And the Vikings' color man is as bad as it gets.

Edit: If there was any doubt who the is premier ESPN+ color commentator among MAC schools, it was put to rest early in tonight's game when the Cardinal announcer shared that he's a fan of Curb Your Enthusiasm and mentioned the season premier from 2 nights ago.

"Pretty, pretty, pretty good."
Agree. Very balanced commentary

Can’t agree more. Man…so well prepared and great chemistry. Play-by-Play guy can do this at a much higher level then the MAC.

It’s clear that Elmore is nowhere close to 100%. He’s timid and can’t explode to the basket. I’m just wondering if it’s better to sit him for a bit and see if he can get stronger come March. He’s a liability on the offensive end right now. I definitely wouldn’t take him to Arkansas State. Keep him home all week and work on the knee with staff.

And if Reef is banged up…leave him at home as well for Arkansas State.

Yeah Elmore hasn't really been himself last few games especially against Fiami - aggressiveness / bull ability has gone down alittle bit, I have a feeling he's still a bit sore. Reef: hope he isn't banged up too bad, he's put together some great minutes for us. If he can't play, we can always plug Miles in too.

Btw - lights out defense when Reef, Jaylin and Miles are on the floor.

Yes they are banged up - but you do not have them excluded from being with the team on the trip even if they are not planned to play. Why would you mess with "team" chemistry????

I think we can survive team chemistry for a meaningless game at Arkansas State. Why put Elmore’s banged up knee on planes and bus rides for no reason?

You could tell from Boals post-game that he is not looking forward to this one at all Saturday.

Are there snakes on those planes or razorbacks on the bus?? You think he would want to be excluded from the "team" experience (or the team would want him excluded) after actually playing last couple games through the recovery? I think the dude has plenty toughness to endure a plane and/or bus ride while continuing recovery......

It's going to be an interesting one. ARK State is 10-13 but 7-2 at home. 7th place in Sun Belt right now.
