Who's the old guy in the Ozone that thinks he's still in college?
If only the people actually in college would act like they were...present company and his friends excluded...maybe Norm wouldn't need to.
I admire his passion and willingness to help keep something alive that he values deeply. But, I question his method is helping. I've got 2 teens in the house and I can attest whatever the old guy tells them to do is instantly uncool and not the thing to do.

Who cares if what Norm says and does is "cool" or not? At least he's trying. We need more in the crowd with his energy and passion, not fewer.

And the truth is some in the section with me choose not to be loud, and I’ve learned that unless many others are doing it, they choose not to join in. It’s why I stand up the whole time, blow my voice out each game, actively start chants etc. Norm has been a massive help in assisting me, but I do think if I ask others to chant along with me it’s much more effective and less awkward than him doing it.
