Just watched Marshall get blown out by LaTech.  Granted that LaTech is a pretty good team, but Marshall looked like about the worst coached team that I've ever seen.  Herrion had that "deer in the headlight" look that some of us have commented on before.  My question is how can he appear every time I see him to be the worst excuse for a college coach that I can ever imagine, yet his overall record at both Charleston and Marshall is fairly good -- 142-96 overall and 62-58 at Marshall? But, this year the wheels seem to be coming off.  What am I missing here?  Please explain to me how this guy could have actually won 142 college basketball games.

Don't recall ever commenting on "dear" in the headlight. "Deer" in the headlight, on the other hand, . . .

Perhaps that was a Freudian slip on my part.  Not sure I want to go there, though!
