So if you compare JC's MAC vs 'Kron record, you could say he's 18 04

Ohio could lose every game this regular season against Akron, Toledo, EMU and Buffalo and still finish with a 21-10 record by taking care of business. On the other side of the coin a MAC regular season championship with a 14-4 record could put the Cats on the bubble for the NCAAs going into Cleveland considering we have to play Toledo twice. As it is Ohio is projected to finish 13-5 with an RPI of 50 to tie for the MAC Title. An extra win on top of that and a good loss in the MAC Semis or Finals gets us pretty close.

Blind RPI Resume:
0-2 against Top 50
3-0 against 51-100
9-2 against the rest

Those other two loses: home vs 121 (2OT) and @160.
Not best case scenario, but neither are absolute deal-breakers.

We keep winning in the MAC (take 18-0 up another notch) and we are going to be in a very unique position at the end of this season.

Not only are we already in a pretty good position.. 2 other MAC programs (Toledo and EMU) are still Top 50 in the RPI. We play them 3 times.
2 other MAC programs are just outside the Top 100 (Akron and Buffalo) and we play them 4 times.

This is there for the taking. Right now, we need exactly what JC has proven he can do in the MAC... Keep grinding out wins.
